Job Description The main responsibilities are as follows:Working out production plans according with the sales order, the designcycle time, the material purchasing cycle time and the operation oh the whole factory;Adjusting production plans with the current situation, in order to meet the requests of delivery;Supervising the process of production, keeping good communicating with the related departments, coordinating the combination jobs between design, procurement, industrial engineering, instrument and production; Optimizing production plans in accordance with the condition of production, human resource and the supply of material, obtaining the maximum output;主要職責： - 根據(jù)銷售訂單，并結(jié)合設計周期，物料采購周期，以及工廠運行等情況，編制生產(chǎn)計劃； - 根據(jù)實際情況及時調(diào)整生產(chǎn)計劃，滿足交貨要求； - 監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)進度，保持與接口部門的良好溝通，協(xié)調(diào)設計、采購、工藝、設備與生產(chǎn)的銜接工，保證生產(chǎn)進度滿足客戶的要求； - 依據(jù)車間生產(chǎn)條件、人力、物料供應等情況，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)計劃，達到產(chǎn)能***化；The basic requirements are as follows: -Bachelor’s Degree, major in Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer-8 years experience in production planning in manufacturing field -Good at English including listening, speaking, reading and writing; -Strong sense of responsibility, practicing, taking seriously in working, being good at communicating with others; -Being able to undertake the load of work; good learning ability;基本要求： - 本科以上學歷，電氣工程專業(yè)或者機械工程專業(yè)- 8年以上制造型企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃經(jīng)驗- 英語聽說讀寫能力良好； - 責任心強、踏實、工作認真仔細，有耐心，善于與人溝通； - 能承擔工作壓力，學習能力強；At Siemens, we value diversity as the inclusion of and collaboration of different thinking, background, experience, expertise and individual qualities across all organization levels and dimensions.   廣州西門子變壓器有限公司于1997年11月03日在廣州市工商行政管理局蘿崗分局登記成立。法定代表人蔡瑞雄，公司經(jīng)營范圍包括變壓器、整流器和電感器制造；工程技術咨詢服務等。廣州西門子變壓器有限公司(STGZ)是西門子輸配電集團和廣州機電集團的合資企業(yè)。公司所有的產(chǎn)品：最高電壓達500KV的電力變壓器以及2500KVA及以下的油浸式配電變壓器，均按照伊林的技術和標準設計、制造，并持有“伊林”品牌。廣州西門子的設立也是西門子全球化和當?shù)鼗瘧?zhàn)略的一個組成部分。 廣州西門子座落在廣州經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)的東區(qū)，占地面積65,000平方米，可年產(chǎn)15,000MVA的變壓器。公司地理位置優(yōu)越，便捷的交通可在2公里內(nèi)通達鐵路、高速公路和城市快速干線，距離黃埔港僅不到10公里。公司采用了90年代末期的現(xiàn)代技術制造最高質(zhì)量標準的變壓器。 2005年，公司成功生產(chǎn)并交付了首批500KV變壓器，其中包括2臺370MVA叁相發(fā)電升壓變和一組總?cè)萘繛?/span>3X750MVA的單相自耦變壓器，使公司成為可生產(chǎn)最高電壓等級變壓器供應商行列中的一員。同時也標志著廣州伊林成為國內(nèi)唯一一個可以從同一個廠區(qū)供應高達500KV直至配電變壓器的合資企業(yè)。
