Job Responsibility:
- Understand user’s requirements and function Specification
- Prepare detail design specifications
- Develop Java/J2ee program, conduct integration testing and performance tuning testing
- Set up and configure environments for development, test and production
- Develop operations document and transfer knowledge to clients through documentation and mentoring

Job Requirement:
- 5+ years’ experience in Java
- 3+ years’ J2EE/J2SE experience
- 3+ year’s WebSphere/WAS experience
- 5+ year’s database and SQL experience (e.g. DB2, SQL Server etc.)
- Familiar with Object Orientated Design and development skills
- Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development
- Good English in reading/writing
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- It’s a plus if the candidate has insurance knowledge
