職位描述公司簡介

崗位職責：
1. Initiate feasibility study and proposal to examine possible areas for automation with potential for cost saving and quality improvement opportunities。
2. Develop manufacturing solutions with the best combination of manual, semi-automation and/or fully automation. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements and workflow. Design the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and safety。
3. Define, develop and deploy automation requirements and specifications, evaluate supplier quotations to determine the best combination of technical solution, cost and timing。
4. Develop budget and schedule for projects and manage projects to stay within them.
5. Conduct automation design reviews and provide design guidance to suppliers
6. Provide on-site support during machine build, debug and testing/qualification.
7. Supervise installation and testing to verify requirements and specifications are met, support equipment qualification/validation activities.
8. Support new product development automation needs, facilitate assembly processes through the implementation of assembly cells and automated equipment at NPI stage and ensure meeting development time-line.
9. Interface with customers and functional owners on product development issues regarding automation. Conduct design-for-automation analysis and provide detailed recommendations.
10. Ensure that all automatic equipment is in compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
11. Examine and bring in applicable new process and advanced technology to the company in order to enhance advanced manufacturing process.
12. Carry out other related duties
崗位要求

  •  B.S/MS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. 

  • Fresh Graduates are pereferred. 歡迎21屆畢業(yè)生投遞。

  • Skilled in the usage of Solidworks for automation design and documentation.

  • Good in English writing and reading. Good oral English is preferred.
